The hotel has been redecorated but not renovated, and while the rooms are quite small, they were clean during my stay. The service was friendly and caring, especially at the relaxation and gym areas where the staff showed excellent language skills and even surprised us with a little goody bag for my girlfriend's birthday. The location, although not centrally managed and had some issues with kids, was convenient for business travelers visiting the University and was right beside a main bus stop. On the downside, it was not central. The dining experience had a good range of food but was somewhat chaotic and lacked freshness. Overall, the facilities were decent but could be improved.
